About Us
BASE is a premier educational services organization. Established in 1991 by a team of eminent academicians headed by Dr. H.S.Nagaraja, we have the single-minded mission of moulding meritorious students into true winners. Today, BASE trains students at its centres in Bangalore and Mysore, apart from providing academic support to a growing number of institutions across Karnataka.

Our activities consist of Training, Research & Development, and Consultancy Services.
Training Service Unit
The Training Services Unit aims to enable individuals achieve excellence in their chosen fields and face new challenges in ever-widening horizons.
BASE offers training for competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, AIPMT, CET and COMEDK, NTSE and also a comprehensive program towards the Pre-University Course and CET in Karnataka. We have helped a large number of students achieve success in these examinations.Till date, more students qualify into IITs from BASE than from all other institutions in Karnataka put together.
Beyond examinations and grades, acquiring knowledge, competence and skills is essential for an individual’s personal and career growth. Towards this, we offer generic training programs developed in-house. These include the Foundation SnT course which builds competencies in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics Biology and Mental Abilities in students of Classes 9 and 10, and the N-Skill program which imparts life-skills to students between Classes 5 and 8.
R&D Unit
Progress in education is driven by blending time-tested traditional methods with new paradigms. The R&D Unit devises plans and strategies from research, facilitating better teaching and learning.
Consultancy Services Unit
We provide consultancy services to institutions aiming for excellence in teaching-learning processes based on our experience in training and R&D.
Personnel
The full-time Faculty at BASE consists of about 150 teachers, educationists and education researchers with excellent academic records and a common passion to help students realize their true potential. Most of our faculty members hold doctorate degrees and have supervised doctoral students in various IITs, Universities and Research Centres. Besides being effective teachers, they have also authored textbooks at various levels.
