1. What is the objective of the program?

The objective of the 2-year distance learning program is to provide systematic training for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination.

2. What are the components of the program?

The components are:

Printed Courseware :
The printed courseware consists of a minimum of 12 modules in each of the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Learning content for the entire IIT-JEE syllabus will be covered in the subject-modules. Each module includes detailed concepts, illustrations and a variety of exercises. During each of the first and second years of training, 6 modules in each subject will be despatched. Each module has a separate solutions booklet.

Assessment:
In each module there are self tests which enable the students to evaluate their own learning. In addition, an assessment module consisting of practice papers and previous papers is provided.

3. What should I do if I have any academic doubts?

You can send your queries through e-mail and they will be answered by our experts and the solutions e-mailed. Students, if they so desire, can also clarify their doubts directly with our faculty at our premises by taking prior appointment.

4. Is preparing with the printed courseware enough to score a high rank in the AIEEE?

Printed courseware and other support materials provided give an excellent exposure to the various types and level of questions. However, for methodical preparation, students need clarity of concepts and therefore need to refer to standard books in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. A list of reference books we recommend for concept clarity will be provided.

5. How is the printed courseware delivered?

Printed courseware is sent module-wise, as per a set schedule, through courier to the address provided to us at the time of admission.

6. Does preparation for AIEEE help in state-level engineering examinations like CET or COMEDK also?

Preparing for an All India Competitive Exam like AIEEE does help in other exams like the CET and COMEDK. However, the level of examinations being different, it is recommended to refer to good CET books for re-orienting towards these examinations.

7. What is the procedure for admission?

Please collect / download the application form. Fill and submit it (with the required crossed cheque/DD) in person or by mail to our office at #27, Bull Temple road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore 560004.

8. What is the fee for this Distance Learning program?

Please contact your nearest centre for pricing and other related details.
  • The fee is to be paid in one instalment through crossed cheque/DD, favouring BASE Educational Services Pvt. Ltd.,  payable at Bangalore. An additional amount of Rs. 150/- is to be added for all outstation cheques
  • For students outside Karnataka in India, an additional amount of Rs. 500/- is charged to cover extra courier charges.
  • For students residing outside India, courier charges shall be charged on actuals
  • Withdrawal from the Distance Learning program is not permitted. Accordingly, no refund of fees is permissible.
